James Ketchell

CEO & Founder

An entrepreneur with 14+ years experience with internet ventures. An avid reader, storyteller and World traveller, he splits his time between California and his homebase in the UK. An extremely proud father of twin girls, James spends his spare time on the racetrack and is currently competing in the Radical European Masters series. Kevin Smith

CFO

Kevin is a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience, the last 12 of those within the online advertising and hosted services sectors. Being a true numbers man, his experience extends beyond accountancy and branches out to the technical intricacies of Analytics, Adwords and information architecture. Outside of work, Kevin divides his time between his family, motorcycling, scuba diving and enjoying live music/comedy performances.

Paul Scott

Advisor

Paul has 25 years of experience in software and product development spanning a multitude of business domains and a background in starting, growing and advising successful technology companies. Proud Dad to his 2 girls and a keen skier, cyclist, triathlete and rugby player.

Gary Adams

Senior Web Developer

Gary has been creating products at Serchen for the best part of a decade. He has a keen eye for design and is extremely passionate about user experience. Gary loves building new things and more often than not, you will find him leading the way on Serchen's greenfield projects. Out of the office Gary goes full nerd on personal programming projects and gaming, but does like to keep active with his cycling and badminton.

Ian Bailey

Senior Web Developer

Since Ian joined Serchen he has overseen a complete overhaul of our behind the scene technology. Using automation techniques as a base, Ian has saved hundreds of man hours streamlining existing processes. In his spare time, Ian works on personal projects, and enjoys cycling and Geocaching.

Lee Brant

Senior Account Manager

Lee has 12 years of online advertising sales & marketing experience as a Senior Account Manager. He specialises in online advertising sales, account management, website statistics and campaign analysis. Out of the office, Lee enjoys travelling, football, and walking his dog Alfie.

Matt Payne

Business Development Manager

Matt joined Serchen with 4 years experience as a Team leader. He builds strong relationships with clients new and old and uses his previous experiences to drive the Serchen brands forward. Matt is an avid guitarist and spends most of his time either at the beach or playing gigs.

Katie Johns

Assistant Operations Manager

After studying business for 7 years, Katie recently graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Business Studies and Project Management. Katie spends her time working on admin tasks whilst also researching for new projects. Out of the office Katie likes all things crafty and is always looking for new challenges. She also has a love for animals, especially her 3 baby tortoises (George, Pierre and Pepe)!

Hannah Baddeley

Media Sales Executive

Hannah has recently moved to the UK from New Zealand, where she worked as an Account Manager in Media and Advertising. At Serchen she looks after new business opportunities. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading and rugby (Go All Blacks!!)

Matthew Cave

Media Sales Executive

Matthew has 4 years experience recruiting solely within the technology/cloud sector, Matthew has a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and is keen to use these skills to push the Serchen brand forward. Outside of work Matthew enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and socialising with friends, he is also football mad and is an avid supporter of Liverpool.
