They have ZERO commitment to customer service and won't talk over the phone. Leaving customers having to wait for an electronic reply to simple questions. When they do reply, their answers don't go all the way, leaving more questions... only making you have to wait 48 hours for yet again a half complete answer. I signed on two months ago and still haven't launched our first campaign. When I sent an email to their Head of Marketplace Services I received an automated response saying he was out of office for several days and that I should expect delays. HA! It's a great example of a tech firm that's out of touch with their American consumers.
