And in the world of hybrid events, that is an absolute standout. We also love that attendees are able to direct message each other from within the app - in a world where privacy is paramount, the fact that attendees have control over this setting is brilliant - and many of them do want other attendees to be able to reach them! We were using Attendify long before Covid as an ideal way to connect attendees. Tuesday, April 20, 2021 #95018 Administrator in Consumer Services What do you like best? The learning curve on using this product is minimal! It is user-friendly and intuitive for both the creator and the user. We have used this for multiple events and even had to use the "Refund" feature. When our largest "Live" Event was canceled last year, we not only had to refund our attendees but multiple levels of vendors as well. We thought this would be a nightmare, but Attendify managed to take away all anxiety and processed the refund with the click of a button! We couldn't be happier with Attendify! Wednesday, March 10, 2021 #95019 Janice "The Attendify app and virtual platform offers the best features and design with up-front pricing." The Schedule is integrated with the speakers and sponsors for recognition. The sponsor and exhibit videos are integrated within the vendor listings. Private Messaging, Chat panels, Activity Stream and Channels offer a chance for attendees to interact with friends and colleagues. They are up-front with the cost - you don't have to listen to a 30-minute sales pitch to find out if the platform is in the approved price range. The support is via chat and there are many articles for reference. They have ramped up their development to meet the pandemic need for virtual events. Did you find this review helpful?
