As I moved forward I realized that with the HIPAA regulations, the data and client files I have on my laptop could be at risk if my computer was compromised in any way. As I began my research for a back-up system I found that having a MAC computer presented some challenges. Many companies that back up computers, locally or online (cloud) were based on a PC platform. Then I found Bitback. Thank goodness. Initially, it took quite some time to upload the contents of my entire computer, but now that it's done I feel such a sense of security.
