Overall this is an easy-to-use campaign manager and has many tools that help you with automation. I think this is my favorite email marketing software available that I have tried.

There are a few tailored features with Campaign Monitor which work well, but there is still room for improvement. I wouldn't use this with large teams (ie. 5-10 people) but for smaller teams this is great and the lists and reports work well.
