I applied for a job and was denied because Checkster determined fraud and I used real references. I’m not sure how the software actually works but it cost me a job!

I was applying for a job. I have clients from my 24 year old company that are disabled. This reference software is not user friendly for disabled folks. Especially the ones who use Jaws or Magic. I was told by the company that did not hire me that Checkster never sees the References. They would not tell me anything and Checkster could not tell me anything either. I do know that the form was refusing to allow people (my disabled clients) to submit the form unless they answered questions designed to say bad things about the applicant. My clients are not fake references and when you give the folks letters that are HIPPA protected they do not have the right to insist on another form of reference.

Checkster is a promising application with some out-of-the-box features and great functionality. The user interface has not been made unnecessarily complicated, which enhances the user experience over the platform. This is not the case only for the admin, but also for the endpoint users as well. Accuracy has to be the best thing about the Checkster application. The marking system is easy to understand and interpret. Anonymous reports make the procedure completely unbiased. It makes the site loading process easier and effective for endpoint users.

I applied for a healthcare position at Lexington Medical Center in Columbia, SC and was denied a position because this company ..Checkster said the references committed fraud using the same cell phone to complete the questionnaire. I initially thought it was a good idea to participate in this type of new age way of checking references. Actually CHesckster cost me a good position because they are a Fraud. So basically they are saying all my references had the same phone? Doesnt make sense

1. From end user perspective the system is easy to use. with clear markings

2. If one misses to put certain set of information it is properly highlighted and system takes the user to first of the error messages. This feature makes filling the forms very easy.

Time management issues and lack of follow up with candidates for referral checks. This is a lot easier for our Physician / APP candidates than our process was before. we are finally in the 21st century with Checkster!

Sometimes while dealing with lots of candidates at the same time, it can become hectic to keep track of everything or be same level generic to every participant. The Chekster software makes the whole procedure of filling up forms to evaluate the answers and finally hiring a candidate, very easy.
