Defex // Developed to be a simple yet powerful cloud-based defect/task management solution, Defex allows you to annotate and allocate tasks as well as manage these tasks from start to end using our mapping systems with your floor plans. Developed as a web based platform, Defex will work across multiple devices and software platforms and is designed for ease of use.

For a user to log a task, they simply need to specify where the defect is on the floor plan, add details and any necessary photos, assign it to a team member (including themselves) and from there they can track its progress from start to finish whilst updating as necessary along the way.

Defex is priced per project per month with unlimited users. Our pricing plan has a minimum of 5 projects with cost increasing based on volume after that. Pricing begins at (AUD) $50 p/month with a minimum of 5 projects and includes a 30 day free trial.
