DJUBO bedrock offering is the Cloud based Centralised Reservation System. DJUBO Cloud CRS is a single point integrated offering which includes Hotel focused Sales CRM, Channel Manager and Booking all merged into a single dashboard. DJUBO has also released 2 other products in the last few months – One is an Online Reputation Management product called DJUBO Starsight. Who Uses This Software?

As our product has grown so has our target audience. Currently our sweet spot are hotels in the sub-4 star segment. Our average hotel client has 20 rooms, an ARR of INR 3000 per room night. But as we launch DJUBO Cerebrum and DJUBO Foresight, we will be targeting 4 & 5 star hotels and chains as well.

Since we started building out the base layer of technology which resolves around operations and distribution, we didn’t yet take it to the higher end hotels because they have either solved both problems through an expensive integration they have already performed in their in-house tech systems or they have solved the automation by setting up teams of people to keep offline and online channels in sync.

As we build higher end products around intelligence, rate optimization and prediction, not only will all our clients already get locked in because they use our core tech already, we will also be serving larger hotels by integrating with their existing PMS/CRS or giving these products out as data-only products like Rate Gain or OTA Insight or Duetto etc.
