Is a breeze once you've had enough practice using the application. I haven't tried many but I think this may be one of the better ones. What do you dislike? A little bit of a learning curve at least for me. Everything seemed to work properly. Provide more guidance for first time users. Not much else I would say needs improvements Recommendations to others considering the product: Give this a try and you won't be disappointed What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing and staying on top of exit interviews. Not benefiting financially except for saving time managing and tracking exit interviews. Other than that it has been great. "Retensa has helped us to understand the sentiment of our leavers and enhance our employer brand" Overall: We are leveraging Retensa to deepen our understanding of what makes our company an amazing place to work and what we can do to continue to improve our employee experience. The simplicity of the product combined have yielded vast insights into a number of strategic objectives of our firm. Pros: As an HR practitioner, I like the insights from the dashboard coupled with the report subscription capability, raw data reports, ability to understand the balance of reasons to stay vs. leave, and vast demographic filtering capabilities. Cons: One challenge we run into is how best to update the organizational hierarchies after a reorg to enable trend analysis.
