I've been using glovine for some time now and genuinely their service and products have proven themselves over and over. I recently had an issue with my gaming servers (not related to my hobby business that I host through them) and they helped me fix it, even though it wasnt their fault or anything to do with their systems (all my fault!). I cant thank them enough. This review is a small endeavour to thank these guys. You ROCK!

I have nothing but great service with GloVine. I started a TeamSpeak server with them early this year, and once setup realised it needed to be upgraded to use the Opus voice. Contacted them, and they did this straight away for me. Been using it now and have not had one down time at all. Highly recommend this professional company. Nothing but good things to say about them!

I have been using GloVine hosting for my TeamSpeak server. I cannot fault the service I have received. I needed the TeamSpeak Server updated to get Opus Voice and they did this within a 24 hours period. Speeds are great and they have always got back to me in regarding to questions and queries I have had. High recommend them to anyone looking for a quality hosting company.

Look elsewhere. They've taken money for products and services that were never activated. Their support is abysmal. No contact phone number on their website, their customer forums are inactive and their 'live support' hasn't been online during business hours for weeks. You'll never talk to an actual person, just get the old ticket shuffle around the 'departments' (which to me appears to be 1 person pretending to be several). Their 99% uptime stat is an outright lie as well.

2 Days ago I brought a server with Glogaming for Minecraft. When I bought it, I tried to install some plugins and some mods and it did not work so I contacted support. It took them around about 2 hours to reply and they said they were working on it. They soon after suspended my server saying it was causing major issues to other servers on the node and they would re activate it tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they have re activated it though it took them some time to do so. The server was running the mods I needed but when I tried to install plugins it stopped working again so I opened a ticket and no reply for around about 8 hours.

Absolutely one of the worst web hosting companies I've dealt with. Websites are always returning error 500. Support is almost non-existent. I will be looking elsewhere now.

Horrendous. Lots of downtime. No response to many (ie dozens) of emails. No answer when phoning. Now that they've offloaded all dedicated server customers elsewhere. They wont refund the money they owe me for services not supplied.
