My bank (KEY) dropped their budget tool and added this as our option. I have not been able to add my bank to wallet and have been in contact with hello wallet since Dec. 27th via phone, email and chat and have not had a fix to my problem. I call & mailbox full. I email and get told they forwarded to tech support. Still no resolution and its Jan 22!! Poor, poor support. Nervous about them having my financial data!!
