Monday, October 13, 2014 #24069 Walter Thomas We have been with HelpOnClick for a few years and in the beginning there was occasional problems but nothing serious. Over the last few months we have had regular problems which has made the service unusable for days or weeks in some cases. The support is pretty bad... they take a long time to respond usually (although we are in a different time zone) and often don't follow up. When it is working it is a good service but unfortunately there are just too many problems. Did you find this review helpful?
