The company was not bad while they were in business, they failed to deliver several times but they still ended up holding up their part in the contract. When they closed their doors, we got an email with all of our deliverables. It's sad that they shut down towards the end of our contract, but we got a partial refund.

This company is a scam. I worked with them for three months and they NEVER fulfilled even one promise they made to me. They took my money and kept saying, "Oh, it will be done next week." They switched "account managers" on me several times and lied to me. I could hear kids crying in the background as if my account manager was working from home. I asked her about this and she said she was at work. I asked for her work address and she claimed she could not remember. Then I asked the cross streets and she said she didn't know. They told me they would refund my money if they did not hold up their end of the contract, which ended in July. They did not accomplish even one thing on the contract yet they still have not refunded any money and will no longer take my calls. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
My suspicion is that they have lots of people who they pay to leave reviews, just like the workforce they promise to use for your when they sign you up.

**HEROLOCITY. They are a big time fraud. They looted clients and now they are back with a new name ****Unified. They have changed name but their main scammers(two employees) are back in market. They are working on upwork now and only 2 of the employees are active, Haseeb and Erickson. Stay away from them. Robert is sweeter than sugar but he bites like a scorpion. **

Herolocity scammed me and wasted my time and money by promising to deliver their Website 365 service in which they would design a website for me and do re-targeting and develop a content and social media marketing campaign to drive sales. They started making social media posts that got only a few views at best and then I waited for months while they tried to develop my website. It was due on a Monday in June and from that date, I waited 4 weeks while calling them every single business day and they promised every day that it would be done in 24-48 hours, which it never was and the stories and excuses kept changing. I asked for several meetings with my project manager and we confirmed the scheduled meetings via e-mail, and he would invariably not show up to any of them. I had to call and be told that he was busy doing something else and would call me back in a few minutes, which turned into hours. I finally had enough and told them I wanted to cancel and was told to contact one Compliance department, which I did several times and which has never responded in months, indicating that it's not even real. Despite this, they continued to extract payment, so I had to order a stop-pay on my account and finally cut them off, but not before they got $1,995 of my dollars without doing a single damn thing for me.

Great team of people! I met their lead developers at the recent business expo and it was such a pleasure speaking with them and learning about the future of their company and platform. For those of you who did not attend, they do have plans in releasing many competitive apps such as an alternative to Uber for taxi companies and an alternative to DocuSign. It was also nice being about to talk to the team lead about some of the issues that I have been experiencing as they took it very seriously and sat down with me to address each one and show me temporary workarounds while they work towards fixes. We use their platform with their marketing services and it has given our business a lot of insight and fuel towards every aspect of our business, it’s just incredible that it’s free. Thank you for the time Mike, John and Peter and I look forward to seeing you at the next expo in the future when I visit the states again, which may be in the next two years so I hope you don’t forget my familiar face :D

I think we could be a bit more impressed with these guys, but we did not see results for more than close to three months. I understand the technicality behind search engine optimization but I think more could have been done on their part in the beginning to expedite the results and progress faster. Four months down the road and our keywords are ranking in Google on pages one and two. I have not tried other SEO agencies to know if the results are they are still maintaining our rankings while we decide if it is worth it to expand into more keywords or not. Other than that, the marketing team is not available after 6 o’clock and their support team cannot handle assisting you with marketing after hours. I think there can be some improvement here.
