“Hive9 for the win!”

Overall: We could not have asked for a better partner. Hive9 has worked with us from inception to reality. Hive9 continually works with us to implement changes that will continually make the product better for our needs.

Pros: Hive9 allowed us to obtain a holistic view of our marketing efforts globally. Hive9 is very accomodating, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] listens to our needs and finds a way to implement and make processes easier for us.

Cons: Hive9 is always changing to meet user needs and make the product better. There can be minor amendments to your process from time to time as a result.

Reasons for Choosing Hive9: The support that was offered with Hive9 to take the out of box option and make it our own to solve our unique needs.

Reasons for Switching to Hive9: We had outgrown our homegrown system.

What do you like best?
Hive9 is so easy to use and helps to get my invoicing done much quicker! It is so much easier to complete each invoice within a couple of minutes when before, one invoice would take me at least twenty minutes.

What do you dislike?
So far, I don't dislike anything! Everything has been so great!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I went from my budget sheet in Excel, which was slow to load and so many different tabs, to everything in Hive9. It has saved me so much time when I do my invoicing, and it is so much easier to find old invoices. Hive9 has helped free up some time, so I can focus my attention on other tasks to help out the business in other areas. I get my invoices paid in a much more timely manner which also helps out the business.

Hive9 provides an easy navigation on the screen and a good visual of data on each page. It is very easy to analyse and extract requested set of data and get a very quick overview/status of marketing spend. A logical hierarchy is build in with a flexibility to select relevant attributes for each hierarchy level. This enables a detailed overview for each spend. An easy integration with other tools like GSAP, SalesForce. An easy administration of the site by the admins.

An intuitive digital platform for marketers to plan, manage, monitor and analyse their spend on marketing activities. Be able to compare easily the planned cost of those activities versus actuals which come from GSAP. Constant visibility of marketing spend linked to budget with an easy access to the data.
