TimeControl is a multi-function timesheet designed to serve the needs of multiple aspects of the organization at the same time. TimeControl is designed to integrate with project management systems and processes as well as corporate systems such as Payroll, HR, Billing, Human Resources, Job Costing and more. This allows TimeControl to become the central hub of source data for many different corporate processes that need auditable timesheet data such as R&D Tax Credits. DCAA compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley Asset costing. It is ideally suited when task-based timesheets are needed to track the work being done by staff and when that information is then required not only to determine time and attendance but simultaneously must be used to update multiple internal systems with what that time was spent on and what it cost. The Industrial version of TimeControl adds Crew Timesheets, Crew Management and tracking of non-labor items such as Material Consumption and Equipment Usage, making it an ideal field data collection system. TimeControl Industrial also includes extended Rate functionality to be able to accommodate complex rate calculations for union or other costing scenarios. TimeControl is available both as an in-the-cloud subscription service or for sale for an on-premise deployment. It a web-based interface and the free TimeControl Mobile App. The TimeControl Mobile App can be downloaded with charge on Google Play for Android devices and the Apple Store for iOS devices. TimeControl includes bi-directional integration with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, Project Online and Project for the Web, Oracle-Primavera's P6, Primavera EPPM, BrightWork, SharePoint, Deltek's EPM, VersionOne, ARES PRISM and InEight's HardDollar. Financial information from TimeControl integrates with SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics and many other Finance ERP systems.
