Wednesday, July 14, 2021 Verified Review #95863 Darrell Fackrell from N/A (1 Employee) I originally contacted HostBill back on 10/28/20 with pre-sale questions and a request for demonstration. After receiving an immediate automated (no-reply) acknowledging receipt of my email request, it took HostBill two-weeks (11/10/20) to respond to my questions. That delay led me to consider other U.S.-based business automation platform competitors like Blesta, WHMCS, and other (even though we prefer HostBill's interface and features). In a final attempt to obtain answers and purchase their platform, I reached out to them again on 7/1/21 and am still awaiting their response. HostBill appears to -- and may well be -- a phenomenal product, but based on their customer service, the world may never know. Bottom line... based in Poland (no U.S. division/representation), email only communication (no sales/support phone numbers, immediate chat capability, etc.), no company-hosted pre-sale demonstrations (must purchase platform and install full 'live' Linux instance of product in order to demo/test, then decommission/uninstall and petition for refund if product doesn't meet needs), understaffed/poor response times, support requests/options limited to ticketing system (must have purchased HostBill to get a response from Support regarding even pre-sale technical questions), etc., etc. For a company who's literally ready to purchase their platform, but unable to marshall a response, it's really difficult to recommend HostBill regardless of how impressive their product is. =/ Overall RatingEase of UseFeaturesValue for MoneyCustomer SupportLikely to Recommend Did you find this review helpful?
