For example, I send them tutorial and they read it when doing something for me. Last time I needed new email created for 40 domains. In my over 10 years of experience in website development, I have worked with dozens of hosting companies, and Hostiserver is one of my favorite, for sure. They provide with everything necessary to make the sites work smoothly and without down time (Sometimes it happens due to the maintenance works but I'm warned about it 2 weeks beforehead).
