I like the versatility of functions and applications of the tool from mapping to simulations. Additional tools to include FMEA, SIPOC, Managed cycles and exploratory analysis. We are currently using iGrafx to solve documentation gaps and sharing for review and approval from subject matter experts and managers. We also are using the simulation function to model for capacity of resources.

We benefit through insights gained on how processes connect or don't as a system, value stream and optimization of resources and inputs for future budget priorities.

I like that the creation of graphics is simple, that it increases the efficiency among workers when analyzing and monitoring projects, also the interface is very fast and the platform is very interactive with new users.
The process diagrams that Igrafx offers allow us to have greater control of all our activities, they encourage us to improve, to unify ourselves and we have fun in the process, it has worked for us, and I am sure that any work group, large or small will also work without inconvenience.
Mainly we improve our workflow, since the monitoring and automation of tasks allows us to have a greater concentration on more difficult objectives, in addition we always discover new options of what Igrafx can do and allow us to develop the projects that we carry out as a team.

When we started iGrafx everything just fell in place. I as the team leader am able to build projects and assign them to respective teams where I have an ability to monitor how they are tackling projects and activities.

I like how easy it is to learn how to simulate using iGrafx. I looked into other softwares before going with iGrafx . I was impressed with functionality for the price tag. It allows me to do all and more of what I need to do and it was so easy to learn. I was simulating in a few weeks very complex client problems.

I am an advocate for iGrafx. I brought it to the new company that I am in. Had to convince senior executives to purchase and went through all the tedious process, but worth the effort. It's a software I would want to have in any role I'm in.
