We used them for 3 years...if you ever have to deactivate your subscription which we ended up doing, any link that is "masked" by improvely, dies once your subscription ends meaning you won't have any more traffic traveling to your links. We had tens of thousands of links masked by improvely to analyze analytics. All that traffic is now gone. The only way to have kept the traffic is to pay monthy for the traffic to analyze when the same tool is free through google analytics. In a way, its a hidden scam. I really love this software and its a real joy, and it has lots of cool features like the customizable conversion attribution model.
