Insynctive is a modular, white label, cloud-based platform that helps corporations manage their office based and remote employees from pre-hire to termination. Insynctive automates and manages the documents associated with the Pre-hire, Onboarding, Provisioning, Task Management, and Termination processes. The system has employees validate data about themselves and their dependents as a first time user, new hire, qualifying life event, open enrollment, and termination. This process makes Insynctive the official database of record and allows Insynctive to pre-populate forms, our comprehensive HRIS, and any forms needed for Benefit Administration, plus we can populate the current payroll systems and other third-party products and services.
