Tuesday, August 25, 2020 #82306 Tracy Hardy from The Billups Center (2 - 10 Employees) The EMR is not only difficult but unfamiliar to clinicians. iSalus is on the pricey side for EMR. They are unresponsive to customers, billers, etc. They sport an F rating from the BBB of Indiana. Worst, their billing practices are unethical. They have overbilled and billed for practitioners that do not exist, while denying access to the EMR that they continue to bill for. A/R is unresponsive as is the entire staff. AT this time they are holding the patient medical records hostage for payment they are not due. Stay clear of this company.
