It says that knownhost has live chat support, but it's always offline and unreachable. Called the customer support two times, but got notified that estimated waiting time is 30 minutes. There is no possibility to send an email request anywhere, there is no possibility to fill in support ticket. Very troublesome experience.

i'm using KnownHost for almost 10 months till now.

i work with them on 3 dedicated servers and 5 VPS.

their prices are higher than other hosting providers, but they have very good and quick technical support team. even you will never need any technical help because their servers are very healthy, never getting down.

im good customer at KnownHost spending $600 monthly, i can say, Health of their servers is Perfect, and they have very good technical support.

but their Billing support is some bad. and they do not accept Bitcoin as a payment method.
