Very poor hosting services, MilesWeb team will take all your files and replace them or they completely take out from cpanel. It happened to my LIVE site, suddenly took all the files and entire site. Also they took hosting cpanel. If you raise a ticket, they put this as LOW priority. No communication from them

This company is a fraud, a trap where initially you will get a mind-blowing pricing and then initial 1~2 months the service, performance of a server, migration help, are all great, then the twist comes, they stop replying tickets, their support starts talking crap, start reducing your performance, then their final outcome comes as you are getting so many issues we request you to upgrade to VPS, DEdicated, etc

In my 3 years of hosting experience with miles web, I've liked more than 500 tickets raised with them, out of which max are related to issues created by them.

The worst hosting provider i had used


Supports useless, sales support they are the best because they sold this mess up, i have maybe 20 years of providing hosting service to my clients, when i was in resellerclub maybe 1 years ago and i had to ran away from them and a lot of issues to run away because they disabled the backup cpanel system without an alternative or help to provide your files. I strategelically asked them for change my reseller to a VPS and i finally scaped of that hell(This is the only way to migrate out almost 30 clients i had in the reseller account).

They threatened me that if I give them a bad review they will give me a bad name about my business.

If you use uptimerobot, you will get a notification daily that your server with downtime, think on this: you don't have a friend there, a lot of restrictions in the panel because they block (suspicious wordpress requests) on a fresh wordpress installation? omg, learn with my wrong, DON'T BUY SERVICE WITH THEM want a good provider? inmotionhosting, bluehost, hostgator or resellerclub you will thank me.
