if there is anything less that 1 star i would like to give that to xozz.. i have never seen as worst that xozz hosting provider.. when ever you are trying to login on FTP its always showing error. I cant even able to take backup of my website... Let's come to the chat support. Ridiculous word is perfect for them.. they are just left the chat without any information. and they are talking like a chat boat. they have only one answer "I WILL LOOK INTO IT" .

One of the worst service provider I have ever seen. Never go with their low pricing. World's worst customer support as they don't know when will ticket get resolved or have no contact number of concerned team. I don't know really do they don't have or its a big scam.

The sales person I worked with really helped me address my server needs, and made me feel assured I was working with a reliable team, as I've felt through out the process. That's really great. Server uptime is something that I never believe because some companies state 100% uptime. Honestly from my experience 100% uptime is impossible because they need to take the server down for software updates and that sort of stuff. xozz offer 99.9% uptime and so far I haven’t seen any so this is a very good sign.i am really happy with the support team also even they assist me in any kind of error I got while developing my site , they helped me a lot during my development stage I used to contact them now and then they helped me all time day and night , Thanks for amazing support keep it up

Very poor server response time even you buy thier toplevel cloudx3 cloud hosting plan. I was suffering from last 9 months about website speed, whenever i complain on chat they do something and boom it started working smoothly, but again in fe days it becomes very slow unresponsive, As of now one can see the google page speed score and pingdom results of my two website which i have just cloned to a free server of byethost, And you will be shocked to know that the free server has more powerfull than thier top level cloud x3 plan, and now they are saying me to upgrade to vps,. How funny they are. they have even suspended my account for three days for reviewing on various websites. anyways one can see the screenshots and decide themselves. whether to buy from xozz or not. they are simply the worst,

About the test: The kouponkart.in is hosted at byethost and kouponkart.ml is hosted at xozz server. you can see the diffrence. And krieta.cotlas.in is hosted at byethost free server and www.krieta.com is hosted at xozz server. Both websites are identicle twins. If you complain to them then they will say that use .in domain then test, how silly answer it is, does a domain name tld affect website speed ? and can you see the time diffrence byethost servers the website in 2.9 s while xozz is taking 38 seconds to load. is it realy a cloudx3 plan with 6 gb ram which i am geting here ? They have downgraded my plan without information, when i have complained they have upgraded, i have screenshots for that too. never trust xozz.

Very poor service. They have wiped my whole my wcoount, website, domains to one monthe before backup, and also not providing me the resources which i supposed to get according my cloud x3 cloud hosting plan. they have changed my server without informing me, and now they are saying I would have to upgrade because my websites are consuming more resources and the intresting fact is that I have merely 7 t0 5 peoples userbase on my websites and below 1000 pageviews in a month, and according to websites its thier top cloud hosting plan with 6gb ram, and 2 vcpu, 200 entry process which i have opted and buyed from them, still my baby websites are consuming all this resources. can you believe this. ? according to my plan i should be geting 6 gb ram, but in screens shot you guys can see that they have lowered my plan to 1 gb and they are saying i my website is consuming more resources., how funny and cheater they are. I am bound to give 1 start if there is negative marking i should have done that. from last 4 days i am suffring this, and they are answering very silly replys like this.

Should never purchase anything from this web host. I purchased a shared plan from them after a lot of pre sales questions. After purchasing, I found that their servers are pretty slow. Some times tome for first byte goes above 10 seconds.

Letsencrypt free SSL was a reason why I decided to go with them but it never installed correctly. It looks like they use a plugin developed by them and it fails always. Certificates are issued for some other domain and it will not verify your domain even if they install SSL manually for you

Finally, I asked them for a refund and here comes biggest surprise, they can not make refunds to your card or bank account. They credit the amount as store credit means you should use that money to purchase something from Xozz. A good business practice is to add link to TOS in the front page itself. Though you can not find any link to the TOS page anywhere on their website. And their support sucks most of the time they have no idea what they are doing or what the issue is, And they will stop responding eventually.

I was attracted by the positive reviews here but it looks like its from their staff or friends.

Good web Hosting i am hosting my all website with xozz.comand i am very much happy with their service , Customer Support is excellent and ready to help on any issue , i usually irritates them like hell each and every doubts i used to ask with their support , they help me very well and i tried with godaddy within one month godaddy suspended my website and always godaddy says beyond our scope of support , But xozz supports well incase of code errors also xozz rectifiesNever seen a best provider like xozz.com , Which is very much needed for the industry
