I've recommended OfficeBooks to 3 manufacturing companies I consult for so far. It is really a nice tool for small manufacturers. The key thing is that they haven't allowed it to get too complicated. It does the job, and it is priced well under other cloud based solutions that are too often overkill for the businesses that adopt them. They have never taken more than a few hours to respond to questions, and I have had my suggestions for improvements implemented quickly.
