We got accepted after weeks of back and forth docs uploads. They then told us to sign a contract to accept multi currency so we did. ''They can see our store is set to USD''. Finally i did a test with a UK card and got success. I then got a couple of refused cards in the US and said to them 'is it a problem your side; They then replied with this (they cant even spell English correctly) WE NEVER GOT ONE PAYMENT THROUGH BY THE WAY! A load of complete amateur crap..... Dear customer,We are sorry to inform you we have to cease from providing services to your company. After reviewing your business we found that all the product is create and ship only in the US. The card scheme do not allow us to provide the services since the risk exposure is very high for merchant that operate the business outside Thailand.To prevent future possible issue, we need to deactivate your account.
