We chose the mortgage lending industry as our focus, because we were mortgage lenders looking for a better way to do business with premier mortgage technology that is intuitive, scalable, efficient and compliant. Later as OpenClose, we blazed the trail in the online retail, wholesale and correspondent web portal arena. We hired more mortgage bankers and developers to enhance and maintain our loan pricing engine, DecisionAssist™ . Then in 2008, we purchased LION MTS and integrated its mortgage loan search, mortgage websites, and productivity tools into our core OpenClose platform.
