I would like to give a big thank to Jesse C at paylease. I called yesterday with a concern about a funds that were placed on hold from my account from a apartment complex that applied with a month and a half ago. I ended up not moving in due to a family emergency. The never process my application fee until yesterday. So of course that was a issue for me with other pending financial responsibilities. I share my concern with Jesse and he researched it and turn the situation right around for me.
