I opened several tickets and they kept saying it needs to be upgraded. They never did, so I asked for a refund. They then said I should submit a cancellation request so they can process a refund, I did this, and they locked my client area account and NEVER PROCESSED THE REFUND. At start I swithced few sites with their reseller but after getting trust i have bought around 3 reseller accounts and now getting best results for income since last 4 years. High uptime and best high resource services is the key feature.With resellers there is no issue about configuring own servers, getting paid support etc. its just in budget in all angels.
