Cons Al principio puede ser algo difícil adaptarse y aprender a usarlo pero gracias a su buen soporte técnico hace de la experiencia algo mas llevadero y digerible para quedarse con el producto. People from Precoro were too professional and equally patient in answering to all our minor to major questions, even if we kept asking the same question again and again for perfection, they kept smiling all the way through until our whole team learnt Precoro by 100%. Cons In certain areas, we cannot customize few things as per our company standards like putting our electronic signatures (similar to DocuSign), there were many unused or not needed fields as per middle eastern pattern. I love the feature which allows you to customize your own reports. Support is great and we receive quick feedback on queries. Approval workflow is very evident that promotes ownership and control. Does not exactly require additional technical expertise to use the system. - The graphical analyses assists in analyses, costs and effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes. Cons - The system does not value inventory so not good for inventory management. This also proves the system not suitable for stock replenishment. Comments (Benefits) - Provides the plaform to control procurement workflow. Initially LPO were just done anyhow without control and access to review the need to purchase something or not. Monday, June 12, 2023 #109686 Mohamed Ramees K One of the good application for small scale business Pros Easy and straight forward application settings Cons Few bugs relating to invoice posting, where VAT missed when migrated to Quickbooks Comments (Benefits) Precoro is great for a small scale business to track of every order by supplier, P.O. they are also integrated with Quickbooks but have some bus issues sometimes like missing of VAT when migrated to Quickbooks.
