Monday, June 17, 2019 #69228 Nicola Williams from Miss I've just received an email from redIT Web Hosting reminding me that the plan I signed up to is at the end of it's 30 day refund policy today, and if I want to cancel, today is the day to do it. What company ever takes the time to do this? In my opinion most of them hope that you're forget to cancel (if not happy) - this is the first time ever I've had an email reminder to cancel a service within the trial period.The Customer Service received so far from redIT has been second to none - and I won't be cancelling anytime soon - as I'm extremely happy with everything in the short amount of time I've had dealings with them.Many thanks to Scott and Kerry! 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Friday, February 8, 2019 #65597 John I have been with redIT from the start and I'm sorry to say that today was my last day with them as a customer. I'm only leaving due to moving away and no longer needing the service. I want to thank redIT for the wonderful help and support that I have been given over the years and for putting up with an OAP who most of the time found it hard to follow what was been explained but you all have the patients of a saint.
