We choose to use Sendplus because of the great balance of features and the reasonable pricing. Competitive price with great support. I find SendPulse a good alternative compared to Mailchimp and similar email services provider. Email & Web push are good services in one bucket. It's worth using or trying their services!

SendPulse is a breath of fresh air! It is very streamlined & efficient in it's processes. I really like the simpicity of it and it's use.

The only thing I would like to see more of is tutorial videos for quicker & better understanding.

Been using SendPulse for about 6 weeks evaluating against MailChimp which we have used for about 10 years. So far service has been excellent - we recently had a need for support and this was quick and detailed giving us complete resolution. We will likely be replacing MC with SendPulse given our experience so far.

Templates are easy to work with, tool's interface is simple and easy to understand, powerful statistics. The only minus is limited abilities of automatons to make customer journey more flawless.
