Signed up to free trial but cancelled the same day as text to speech would cost more than I wanted to Pay. Money was taken from my account. I told them and they promised to refund it. They haven't done. They ignore my emails and on Facebook say I wasn't charged. I sent them a copy of the bank transaction and they then just ignore me. Unbelievable bad business practice in my opinion.

Cancelled the free trial within 15 days and they promised a refund but I never had it. Im now having to go to Master Card to report this as an unauthorised transaction.

Sitepal is really a fun and easy to use service.
I haven't figured out all the ways I'd like to use it yet but I feel like I have a lot of creative space . It's a very versatile product and it can take you as far as your mind can reach.
I am very impressed with the customer service as well. They are very responsive and I never waited long to hear back from them.
Other user, I don't know how you reached out to them but I used email. They were nice to me during my trial period and when I got locked.

Avatar (the speaking character) did not publish though instructions were followed to a tee by an advanced techie.

The text to speech voice of the Avatar plays on P.C.'S only. Nothing whatsoever plays on phone's or I Pad.
