Can't believe how poor this company has ended up being. Support was the worst! Absolutely no phone support. Try to call, get nobody and company name not even mentioned on the line. After ringing forever it says "the person you are trying to reach is not available". Makes me wonder about this "operation". Cpanel and whm went down several times because they did not renew the license. Support by email does not exist either. They changed my billing date to two weeks earlier with no notice. Many things they would "fix" never got done. Even if you get a good price, stay away. Definitely not worth the down time, hassle and time lost chasing them.

Regularly down. Support non-existent. Didn't even get my logins when I signed up. Be scared of a company that has an address in a state where it isn't registered to do business with a phone number in another state.

If you are looking for a web host that is honest, SiteServing should definitely be on top of your list. I've encountered so many hosts who try to pull one over on you with the billing. I recently rented a server from siteserving called xen-inferno. I have been using it for a many things such as xmod, ffmpeg, and some streaming. I have put it under much strain and it worked fine. No problems have occurred with it so far. Tech support is very polite and helps you until the issue is fixed. I have read many resolutions to problems using their website and it seems a very good resource for problem solutions.

Having SiteServing as a web host has been great. They’ve been around for a while and are supported by the Ruby on Rails community, which has been awesome for me. I got a good price on my plan and also love the kind of support they give you. Their techs don’t rush you and they get back to you very quickly. I’ve never had any complaints, mainly just questions. They are always patient which is rare with hosts now. I really recommend these guys highly.

These guys have amazing customer service, its no problems finding them when you need them. That was a MAJOR concern for me when I was looking for a web host… but I didn't have any issues with them so far.

In terms of uptime and stability, not had any outages as yet… so quite happy that they are always online…

I bought a whmcs license and I haven' t used it. I asked for my refund they told me to wait 3-5 days. I did and now it has been 17 days waiting for my refund. Their communication sucks. I will never recommend anyone to go for them as their system automatically terminates your account even when you have paid.

Having been with many providers, I have found my new home and I'm very happy. They are a reliable company and provide me with a stable platform to build my Drupal environment. I've had contact with their support and while sometimes they can be slower than I'd like... they have always answered my questions the first time I ask. So very well done for a reliable service and support.

In terms of price, I think that they can be expensive, but I think that its not a big problem for me due to quality they provide.

Site Serving LLC terminated our hosting account within less than one 1/2 days of the payment due date and deleted all of our client's web sites and databases. The fact that it was not paid was because my client login account had also been deleted the first day after the payment due date, before they deleted data and databases making it impossible to pay them and it was also the WEEKEND. They hen said they may charge $150 to recover the databases and data. We have been promised this data and databases for days now but we have not got anything from this company.

They also list the BBB on their web site but a search of the BBB database yielded no results so are they even a member of the BBB???????????

Lastly. No reputable hosting company deletes a client's account one day after missing a payment. Standard practice is 5 day grace period before suspending any account and 10 days after maybe delete the accounts.

Among other complaints is I would have clients notify me that the web sites appeared to be off in the middle of the night.
Stay far away from this hosting company if it even is one? Haven't checked their status in Virgina but I wouldn't be surprised it is bogus.

I have been building my website but ran into problems with my old provider. After some looking I choose SiteServing. From there I got my website moved (by their support) and then started configuring. It wasn't long before I ran into the same error as at my old provider, so I submitted a support ticket.

I got a reply (within 10 minutes) saying the issue was fixed, and when I retried it certainly was and support has been this responsive ever since. It's a real honor to work with a provider who actually cares about what is happening instead of just waiting around.

Overall an excellente provider, their knowledgebase is pretty heft too, I found a few solutions in there already!

I was new to the whole website world and was totally confused as to what I needed. Everything you need in a web host! Quick support (that speaks English and doesn’t take forever to get back to you), great prices (I got a good price for my VPS) and they do not have rubbish overcrowded servers like most seem to have now. I've never had any kind of downtime (unlike with my previous provider) and I just feel safe that my website is hosted with SiteServing. Keep up the good work guys!

SiteServing offer a very good VPS selection. I pay a lot less than I thought for a VPS so that is just awesome. I really liked that you could choose the billing system you wanted and it was free. They have other software licenses you can buy, like auto installers and sitebuilders and a lot of different things. Very good web host for small to large companies, they have a very adaptable layout and adaptable plans. Just an all around great web host.

It's seriously hard to find a good hosting company now. I've moved so many times because of bad support and bad servers. I did some digging and found SiteServing to have great prices and good reviews. I needed a VPS and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be wasting my money again. I must say I'm very happy with the KVM VPS I have purchased from this company. They provide a good service and they allow me to control it fully. At the moment I have not had any problems. Having an eye for design, I somehow generally manage to weed out websites that are bad and good. So when I picked siteserving, it was literally because they had all their ducks in a row, they had fast support (I checked that), and then they had stacks of info about them. Best Drupal Hosting. I've been a customer of quite a few diffrent web hosting companies and I've always had some sort of problems, either the provider was slow, or they had downtimes or w/e. These guys are totally great. I've been with them for around 1.2 years now, and have not had ANY problems. They are fast to reply, easy to get ahold of, and generally really nice to work with.

My customers expect uptime, reliability… as do I. Having a magento site enables me to sell products, but only when they are online. This is why Its extremely important to me to ensure that I got a provider which was stable.

SiteServing came highly recommended, and was exceptionally sophisticated looking… these guys have like 17 operating systems and more control panels than I’ve ever heard of. Either way… I was impressed at a first glance.
