Friday, March 10, 2017 #52967 David Rodwell from My Pet Warehouse Great Product but no technical support. You cant get through to them via email, via phone, or via facebook. Managed to get a short abrupt answer via chat which didnt answer the question. I can only assume they are on holidays but other reviews indicate there is no support as well.
