As the website is offering on-minute adjustments, the software should have an application-phone use version. During operation, sitting in front of a computer is almost impossible. As a former online business owner, I can guarantee that 85% of users don't use their computers to link online sources. Phones are in everyone's pocket, and the software should be smartphone-friendly not only computer.

At my team we use Tableau as a data exploration tool for data practitioners, and not for dashboards and data reporting to the company. This setup takes advantage of what Tableau does best and don't use it for what it doesn't. Tableau as a data reporting and dashboard tool may be suited for more traditional organizations, with a lot of experienced BI personnel who can take the time to build good dashboards with it.

The Tableo online booking system is the perfect way to grow my restaurant sales. The benefits ( convenient efficient error free) has been enough to prove it.

It has empowered me to better manage all the bookings, diary, and full capacity as well as drive more revenue. It also helps me to increase customer loyalty and increase reviews.

And finally being linked to Google Maps Michelin Definitive(ly) has given us more exposure especially with foreign foodies visiting Malta to
experience good food, service and great ambiance

We have an issue when receiving your bill since you are not listing the booking confirmation reference so that we can confirm that clients have effectively dined at our restaurant and proceed with payment immediately

Hi Joseph, thank you for the positive rating. As discussed over a call, you are able to see booking confirmation references by logging into the Tableo dashboard - here you can find all the information pertaining to each booking. Individual booking references are not shown in the itemized bill as this would make it too long. Once again thank you for being a Tableo customer.

The main thing is that it is easy to use for the restaurant and user friendly for the guest. It has a lot of customizable features to adapt to the different restaurants. It helped in reducing no shows by asking for payments or credit card authorization upon reservations. It also helps in creating a data base of our guests without being intrusive or infringing GDPR rules. The after sales service and customer care are clearly the companies priority.

It is tailor made for the specific areas of the restaurant to benefit both the restaurant in maximizing the turn of tables and also the guest by making it easy and efficient to make the reservation. it is highly adaptive to accommodate different timings, different areas, easy to set different seating parameters and easy to use.
