We were in search of Technology to build our Dream Product.
As everyone knows that Travel Market is so much huge and survival is not possible by working offline.
So we approached many IT Technologies who were selling online products and we found many but the product which Technoheaven has is best.
It is just unbeatable if you want to grow high. Technoheaven has developed in just 1 month and helped us to feed our direct contracts of hotel and gave us perfect Training in terms of creating Tours/Activities/Transfers and many more in terms of getting Live Successfully.
They provided us Dedicated Business Analyst support system who trained us and my team to Use the system.
System is really very smart and it has all Business Intelligence modules to get a strong Motivation to beat this market

Not Trustworthy!. Systems got a lot of issue. Purchased b2c and b2b with them but end up getting a crappy system, instead of this system helping your business to grow, it will give you so much stress because of so many glitches. By the time you work, you see problems everytime and it losses your confidence to continue. You cant trust the system and the people behind this. I purchased b2c and b2b with them last year and said everything will be finished by 3 months i guess but it end up finishing more than that. For some reason, there was an issue with integration, i raised the concern but the problem still exist. By that time, ive already signed some sort of sign off paperwork but then end up realizing when checking and double checking with the system, there is still a lot of work to do and when i say a lot of work, that means too many issues to fix. You will get disappointed with this. And im telling you right now, having a performance like this will bring you down especially if you paid a fortune. I dont know if they are checking the system if its working well, performing well or not, they will let you check it and you spend most of your time checking for some issues that they are meant to do. Apparently not coz if they are, this will all be smooth. What do you expect on a company that is being paid to do there job but in the end, you'll be checking a lot issues instead of you focusing on your business.?
The other issue i noticed is the head of the company cant handle customer complaints. Pushing himself and the company that they are right and nothing is wrong, well in fact there are a lot of problems. As a paying customer, you complain if what you paid for isnt delivered, if the issue happens everytime, you get furious. And i had a very bad experience when i got so furious because of some system issues thats been ongoing, instead of them solving the problem and doing it, the staffs handling our account were told to leave the conversation and left us shut, as if we were told that , if you complain again this is what we are going to do. Do you see how bad they treat their customers? They will make you feel like shit and sometimes we get emails or sometime along the line during a telephone call as if we owe them a lot. As if they are giving us a favor. Some of the Staff is also rude, called them directly to their landline started complaining about an issue but hanged up. They will also give promises they cant do. And watch out with this, they dont give SLA's which is necessary in every transaction. Being able to reply to customers concern doesnt mean good customer service. A good customer service encompasses a lot of things. And that includes, delivery of product, performance and fast resolution.
I am writing this review to tell people to be aware and i advice not to put your money in here. I have had a very bad experience in this company.

As a merchant in regards for speed in delivering service to the customers scanning takes time
Pros: Advance booking can be checked and merchant has the options to stop or open a specific shows for booking.

Cons: Merchant is unable to tag the bookings manually if the vouchers scanning takes time. The back office also do not give the vouchers QR code that enable ease if customers do not have the vouchers.

Overall: Monitoring of booking

Buying services is not a big deal, but quick Support matters the most..!!
Comments: The support team is extremely efficient & quick responding. We had many flaws in our existing system. Then on approaching Techno Heaven, they re-built it & it started working astonishingly well. Thanks guys..!!

Modern system with modern approach
Comments: I¿ve come across many systems which gets lost in non-useful details & features. Getting a system which perfectly matches with your requirements ¿ is really difficult.
However, with technoheaven, it¿s not impossible anymore. We got a system which is best suited for our business needs. We didn¿t want huge chunk of data, but useful database which is essential. And we were offered a solution which met our expectations to the optimum

All solution under one roof
Pros: Best Cost saving experience as all services got as a combo package.

Overall: We are looking for perfect b2c & b2b solutions also with mobile application and we did not have to go for no of vendors to get these done. We simply got techno heaven.
