If you want bad customer service work with this outfit. I was trying to chase down tickets I had purchased. In doing so I told them the date when I purchased the tickets and the amounts that were charged to my credit card. I was fine with the charges, I just wanted my tickets. Because I had two identical charges they refunded one of my tickets. I did not ask for the refund and I did not want a refund I wanted the ticket. The charges were identical because I bought two tickets. Now I am told they cannot reinstate my ticket, that the customer service representive refunded with out asking me if I wanted it refunded. Now I am told if I want another ticket I have to buy another one for an additional $200.00. Because I had purchased an early bird ticket and those are sold out. So I get to pay an additional $200.00 for the customer service reps mistake if I want the ticket.
