Tixr has completely inadequate customer service. After signing up for a payment plan for multiple tickets to a festival, my card linked to the plan was stolen. I tried for weeks to update my card with them, but it wouldn't work. I called and left at least 20 voicemails to which no one ever responded. The email requests I sent were responded to days later, often giving me useless instructions and how-to's that I had already tried. I asked to speak to someone who could take a payment over the phone, or look further into the web issue without ever getting a person to acknowledge my requests. After 8 months of cleared payments for over $1000, I lost my tickets. I asked for a refund and my request was never answered, my final payment was not received by fault of my own, but because no one was willing to help me with their tech issue. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank. This was the single worst customer service experience I've ever had.
