I typically save up a couple, then once a week, login to chat and get them answered. Easy as pie! I love the chat function because I can do other work while they research answers, etc.. Everytime I have needed an answer to something, I have received a reply within the hour (usually much quicker). This includes those late night 'blonde' moments with which Philippe has always been patient and extremely helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough - after going through 2 previous hosts, I've now found a permanent home for my sites!
