Many times during the day I can't log on, I am having my address blacklisted due to others using the server. They say they have no control over it and suggest I get telstra to be my default email address to overcome the problem. I spoke with Apple , went in to try and solve the problem and they said the problem is definitely at Web City So I ask, Why am I paying you to host my website and email! No answer. Monday, February 23, 2015 #31537 Simon Tafe from Andron My experience with them has not been good. Wesite downtime because often and many times during the day. Support is terrible. They don't log your calls and despite promising to get back to you they never do. Back up service is a joke. Backups override previous backups and they only keep one version.
