This company is horrible! I've been with them for 2 years, and have problems every single day! My internet goes down at least 3 times a day, I pay 65 dollars a month for the fastest speed they have and it's slow! Chantell at billing is rude and hung up on me for telling her my issue and that she hasn't sent me my bill in 3 months and she had the nerve to say that my bill is $205 when I have never missed a payment! this company makes you wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone who doesn't know crap about there internet service! horrible customer service, and I've cancelled my service with them and am going to find a better company! RUN!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!! my friends and family have cancelled and I feel horrible for referring them to this terrible company!
