Tuesday, March 12, 2013 #6478 Michael Very bad and rude customer service. Forget the 99.9% up time. The server gets down at least once every month and it often lasts more than 24 hours! They won't accept cancellations or issue you compensation for down time. They try to put the downtime on you most of the time, even if you did not change any configurations in a while.
