Tried to get help with my activation by calling the 'hotline,' which is actually an answering service. After three tries and no one getting back to me, I sent a (polite) email asking to cancel. Took another month and more calls/emails to get the owner (Joe King) to get back to me. I politely asked whether my cancellation had gone through, and he hung up on me mid-sentence. I finally called American Express, who were fantastic and got my money back for me (thanks AmEx!). For a few dollars more, go with a company with an actual helpline and basic customer service skills.
