I apologize if you feel that demanding overdue payments for services is nasty. In our policy, you agreed to the terms of payment when you signed up. We are sorry that you feel this is otherwise. Fortunately our other clients know to appreciate our services, and if there is a problem with not being able to make payments on time, our clients know they can always inform us and we will find a solution together. Unfortunately for your case, this is for domain renewals which we renewed for you as per our terms of services.
