Friday, December 16, 2022 #105849 Jaswanth Jain from Jain Infotech (2 - 10 Employees) Just because i wrote the things what are happening with this company, the company started threatning me by disconnecting my services with them, and then they said they ll refund me the money, when i ask for refund, he blocks my call and says i m not in mood to give you the money, when my mood will be good then i ll pay you, till then wait for my mood, this is how the company is operated and he talks about my company, who made my company into this worst position, i have lost so many valuable clients because of their services, the servers frequently got hacked, even govt websites were hacked and their team never took the responsiblity for which they were. Friday, September 16, 2022 Verified Review #104356 Jaswanth Jain from Jain Infotech (2 - 10 Employees) The servers got hacked due to their negligence, and when we have asked them to fix the issue, they started shouting on us saying its not our task to do it, do the fix, if u want this to be done u have to pay additional Rs 10,000 for the same. The servers are not at all secure keeping in their hands, there are multiple times i had to literally go to their office and beg for services and they inturn ask me to pay additional amount of Rs 10,000 or more to give support, their support team doesnt answer to the tickets for hours or days and when we ask them on chat they disconnect that, when we call they disconnect call and keep us in blocked status. Its simply like we are at their mercy, and they at their will and wish to provide support or not, i have had so many personal and health issues due to their support, every time during my family function whenever server goes down in morning and i raise ticket till night when they dont answer, i decide to go to their office and then their boss indrajit calls and demands money in order to get quick support, waited for 12 hrs and still they say quick support, really sir, my business i have lost such a valuable clients who kept their trust on me and i kept my trust on 24x7servermanagement.com, but all a waste. No other server management company is supporting him because he is a big time abuser. This is a completely a incompetent hosting provider with company called bookandhost.net, The company is not even having first line of support for his end users. A single person running a broken hosting company and always lying that he have his own support team. And for your information we are not responsible for your mistakes, you are one the who is responsible for your server licenses and auditing. Thank you very much for posting this review we are finally getting rid off from you. You are one of those worst customer no one ever would have.
