Have to say there seems to be no facility for emergency support EG the other night after a server move we had a couple of sites down. No resolution in several hours just constant "we are looking into this" replies. In the end we paid a freelancer who had both sites going again in 15 minutes.Also tried their messenger chat twice with no replies and phoned and got no reply.Not writing this off it IS a good service for the money but would like to see much better support and a chance to escalate for emergency issues.
