The auction site was easy to set up and worked like a charm for our fundraiser. We created a paypal business account and off we went. However- each payment done via PayPay was charged and immediately cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and they determined it was an issue with 32auctions. 32auctions has no over the phone customer service- it is all done via email. I have been emailing explaining the situation and they simply push it back to paypal. Paypal has been extremely helpful but 32 auctions refused to engage to find the glitch. So- as easy as the auction was they have no customer service and no interest in trying to resolve issues. We are out 750.00 and it does not appear there is any assistance coming. Look for a different auction site......
