Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
360 Business Ventures delivers on its paperless promise, turning messy spreadsheet workflows into a cleaner, faster process that users actually appreciate. The platform excels at reconciliation work—turning what was once a Friday afternoon slog into a quick mid-morning task—and the included consulting support adds practical value that pure software alone rarely provides.
The main limitation is reporting customization. While standard templates work fine for routine months, anything slightly non-standard forces users back to Excel or into support tickets. Support staff are responsive but often need follow-ups to handle anything beyond basic issues. At its price point, the software offers solid value for teams ready to move away from spreadsheets, but buyers needing flexible, client-ready reporting should plan for workarounds or budget for extra support cycles.

“The paperless pitch is real — I was skeptical, but…”
The paperless pitch is real — I was skeptical, but 360 Business Ventures actually delivers on it. Moving away from the spreadsheet chaos we had before was long overdue, and their platform made that transition far less painful than I expected. Reconciliation in particular went from a Friday afternoon dread to something I can knock out mid-morning.
That said, it's not without friction. The reporting customization is where I keep running into walls. Standard templates are fine for most months, but the moment I need something slightly non-standard for a client-facing summary, I'm either exporting to Excel anyway or waiting on their support team. Support is responsive enough, just not always equipped to resolve anything beyond surface-level queries on the first contact. For the price point though, it's genuinely solid value, and the consulting layer they offer alongside the software adds context that most pure-software vendors can't match.
