Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
97cents.net earns strong marks for responsive support and affordable pricing, at least from this user's perspective. The reviewer, who relies heavily on support tickets rather than in-house IT staff, praises the team's speed—even when accounting for time zone differences, turnaround is measured in hours once staff come online. The control panel is described as intuitive, with backup restoration straightforward enough for recovering from self-inflicted errors.
The reviewer's only stated concern is future scalability: whether the included bandwidth will hold up if traffic spikes significantly. However, they express confidence that the support team would handle such requests as readily as they've handled past issues. With just one review on file, it's impossible to gauge how typical this experience is or whether other users encounter different service levels or product limitations.

“5 stars since the price is right & the support…”
5 stars since the price is right & the support is top-notch. I tend to generate a lot of tickets since I can't afford an IT staff, & rely on freelancers whom I'd prefer not to have to pay. 97Cents.net has always been there for me, even though they're halfway around the world. I think the longest I've had to wait was 4 hours while they were closed for the day- as soon as one of their staff came in to work, they picked up my tickets in rapidfire manner & got right to solving my issues straight away. The control panel makes it easy to install (& occasionally reinstall after I bork things beyond repair). It's a quick easy matter of restoring backups taken previously. My projects don't have much traffic yet, as they're in development, and the only worry I have is if the allocated bandwidth will be enough should I get lucky enough to go viral. I imagine, based on my experience thus far, that accommodating the Slashdot effect would be only a matter of submitting a new ticket, & I already know how well they get scooped up & taken care of- thus, I don't worry- & I keep working on my recipe for world domination. #biggestfan
