What do you like best?
We like using PLANERGY because it is simple to use but extremely powerful. The customer service has been first-rate and goes far beyond our expectations. Setting the system up was simple and cost-effective.


What do you dislike?
We have not experienced any major problems with the platform, PLANERGY has worked from day one.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Comprehensive spend management helps our projects stay on budget. All our spend information being in one place. There is now no excuse for not knowing the spend on any one project. This knowledge adds to our bottom line.

What do you like best?
Being able to get a handle on expected costs, before the supplier invoices have arrived. Budget holders are able to track and manage their own budgets with ease

So much! Being able to see accrued costs, managing budgets and only paying for received goods.

Customer focus and collaboration. Communication is also prompt and clear.

What do you dislike?
There is no automated upload option for master data. We have to submit any updates or additions to the tech team to upload from the backend.

Eliminate dual entry of PO/invoices in both PLANERGY and our ERP. Track the whole order to pay process.

What do you like best?

PLANERGY takes the hassle out of purchase ordering - very easy to use & efficient.

What do you dislike?
Not much. Sometimes very large files cannot be attached...& there is a number cap on attachments. It would be helpful if there weren't for those rare occasions it's needed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Time mainly - it saves a lot of time using PLANERGY.

What do you like best?
This tool is essentially a set of templates - both for PO content directly and the routing and approval processes based on the organization structure. Both work well and make completing and routing POs much easier than our old system of completing an out-of-date Excel file template and emailing it around to the list of recipients that aren't well documented.

What do you dislike?
In our configuration, billing codes are not clearly defined as it's the finance department that manages which purchases are billed to which codes, but we, as the initiators, are asked to complete that information. It results in some back-and-forth with PO reviewers before approval. I'm sure that's more an issue of our specific implementation, however.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
PLANERGY has made our purchasing process faster, better documented, and more efficient

What do you like best?
The user-friendly dashboard and search futures. The database was designed to be able to search by any data point to be able to find what we need.

What do you dislike?
Over the 3.5 years we've used it, there were features that were missing for our industry. However, the support and development team have been adding those as we go.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest savings we realized upfront was time. Since all our orders are digital, our buyer doesn't have to spend copious amount of time searching through paperwork.

What do you like best?
Its easy to set up, all information is in one hub , it streamlines our Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable, our staff love it because all purchasing is centralized and simplified.

What do you dislike?
Nothing really, we used other products on the market, and they were clunky compared to PLANERGY

It saves money on purchasing, which goes on the bottom line. No wasteful purchasing, people are accountable for their budgets, centralized purchasing saves time dealing with vendors.

Signing up with Planergy has been an excellent decision. It brought order and efficiency to our procurement and payment process. Once we were up and running the spend analytics became really useful management tool.

We have saved lots of administration time. Our purchase order process is now orderly and easy to work with. As a result we have fewer loose ends and our accounts payable process is also easier to work with.
